If you are like me and I understand most aren't. I love this weather! I am a jeans, boots, and sweater kind of girl.....PLUS we make money on snow. Yeah I said snow on September 3rd, 2010. I pulled out the sweater box today. Excited and dreading. While the snow is a monetary blessing and much needed right now, I also understand it will seperate me from my husband for long periods of time. However, it also brings a lot of join. It means all the boys can snowmobile, it means we can afford groceries, and it means that I am almost 1 year into the repair of this marriage. I hate dates. I see old dates and compare them to what bad happened that day. Feb 2, I lost my first job, March 1, I lost the second, February....well lets not get started on February......
I also know that this is a new winter. One that can be made better, and I am hoping with a little help I can start forget those other dates....especially the February ones. So I cannot wait to put on my cords, a cute sweater and my suede boots. I cannot wait to dress the kids in their new long sleeve school clothes. I cannot wait for the pretty white covered lawn and trees that mean Thanksgiving and Christmas and birthdays with the Smurfs, and Garfield to come and make me happy again.
I can also not wait to find a job!!! I am hopeful about a lead in Big Lake, I hope to interview there next week, and God willing start right after Tucker's first day of school!!
PS, Tucker will be going to school in big boy underwear and Bennie is in pull ups!!! Finally, I am saving over $150 a month onn diapers and pull ups.....Did not think it could be done!!!
