Did you ever think?

When you were watching Alvin and the Chipmunks after school, or Tom and Jerry & Bugs Bunny on Saturday mornings, did you ever think that one day there would be one channel soley devoted to your beloved cartoons?  How we had wished that we did not have to wait until Saturday morning......Now you don't it's Saturday ALL THE TIME!  Also while you were watching the toons, did you ever think that at 35 you would be sitting in the living room, watching Tom and Jerry the trip to space, Spongebob Squarepants, and The Garfield Show??  That's my life...cartoons.

It could be worse.  They could be out at the protests in Arizona, they could be supporters of Obama, they could be bleeding heart Democrats.  But instead they are Garfield and Tom and Jerry loving angels!  So I guess I will be watching cartoons until I am 50 and that is ok, because Gammie is older than me and she has to do it when she is with them too!

So "Did you ever think", that we would have to defend a basic principle that if you are not from this country that you have to show papers to prove that you are here legally?  Did you ever think that people that are not from this country, and that are not citizens here would get their big nakes noses involved in the protests?  So now the constitution, and every basic law applies to those who are illegal aliens.  Here is what I have to say.  I wish that I lived in Alabama.  If you have not heard his name is: Tim James.  He is running for Govenor of Alabama.  His ad can be seen on UTube and has been viewed more than 500,000 times.  James says the state should give its driver's license exam in English only and drop the 12 other languages now being used. He says, "This is Alabama. We speak English. If you want to live here, learn it."  What is should say is this is America, our language is English, learn it or leave!
